Hi! When a peraon unsubscribe from all emails Communication Preferences and then access it again, I will show message in the screenshot. Now, if I subscribe again and submit, message still appears which could be confusing to our clients.

We have some flows setup in our subaccount for wellbeingseekers.com and seeing duplicate email being delivered.

Following are duplicate emails being sent. It seems only when any of the emails in the flow are opened by the user that we see this duplicate issue)

Please can you help diagnose this issue as user experience of sending multiple duplicate emails to customers on the same day is not good.

Hi. We sent 2 broadcasts today, from 2 subaccounts. We created new emails and sent them. All our emails reached Skipped and in Dashboard we got the message that the person already received this message (whitch i think is a regular message for skipped status), but this is impossible. Could be this a Server error? Or ...can you investigate what happened? Thank. Please see attached 2 print screens

Some of my contact have a weird behaviour. It seems that they open my emails a lot of times, what can cause that?
When an email is created in plan text mode and with nested bullets, the actual email send does not retain the nested structure. The email sent only retains one level bullets.
This is very bad, the sent emails look unreadable because of this
I have tried tracking a Form made with Elementor, Form Maker, etc... No success.

This is frustrating
When I begin a flow and add anything from the left hand bar, if I exit and reenter the builder, the left hand selection area disappears. Issue appears to be Firefox related as I have confirmed no issue in Chrome: Firefox94.0.2 (64-bit)
When creating a new email, if blocks > Signature > All (as in view all signatures) is selected, the app freezes and I'm unable to access my other signatures.
We have 50 000+ inactive users who did not open the emails during the last 30 days. When I click the "Archive All" button and confirm, I see the message that inactive people will be archived shortly. But nothing happens. When I go to all people later, I still see the same number of users including the inactive ones there.
When creating an email, the Social Link "Email" does not work. When I enter an email address, the link redirects to the domain URL instead of the email address.
That's all.
When I try to share a gif from giphy I have two options: iframe or div. When I try to insert any of the options in my e-mails with HTML block it appears in the editor but it is not shown in the final email.

I'm trying to upload pictures into my emails and they aren't displaying
Sorting Broadcasts in the "All Broadcast" view by sending time does not sort the broadcasts correctly.
I noticed an issue with email titles. I tried creating one from scratch, I added the title and after I saved it it was displayed Untitled Email.
Now I want to send a new email and I thought I'd test both copying the email format I used last wee and gonna start from scratch. Again titles are displayed as Untitled. This is not ok, it becomes tricky when I can't track which of the email was sent to my mailing list.
Can anyone please have a look at this ASAO?
When attempting to update a 'block' - e.g. footer, choosing the feature shows a blank, empty page.
I think it is essential to be able to import html templates. With the current builder I can't do things that I could do with a template.
The category unsubscribe link sends to the manage preference page, but selects all categories. Should only select the current email category to not encourage a full unsubscribe to all categories
