Reply tracking doesn't work if the reply isn't sent from exactly the same email address as the original email was sent to.

This means any email aliases / "send as"/auto forwarding setups break things - a pretty common scenario.

e.g email sent from Encharge to user@example.com

reply sent to that email from useralias@example.com

this doesn't work.
