Hey! This month's update is centered on three things we've been heads-down on: getting multi-select to actually work everywhere it should, tightening security around signups and forms, and making sure HubSpot data syncs cleanly. Alongside that, a batch of smaller fixes and sending-reliability work across the board. Here's the rundown, and what's coming next.

Multi-select, done right

Multi-select fields now work properly across forms and segments - segment filtering evaluates multi-select conditions correctly (including "is not any of" combined with OR), fields with dotted names no longer break in forms, and form display and DOI submission counts are cleaner too. If you'd been running into weird multi-select behavior, that should be behind you now.

Security & trust

We hardened signups and form notifications: stronger bot/spam protection (rate limiting, disposable-email blocking, fingerprinting), and form notification emails now only send from verified, trusted senders - closing an old fallback that could be exploited. New signups now require email confirmation. Existing accounts are grandfathered in, so nothing changes for you if you're already set up.

HubSpot sync

HubSpot dates now sync and display as real dates instead of raw timestamps, and we backfilled older records so historical data reads correctly too. Also fixed a crash that could happen while mapping HubSpot fields.

Sending & reliability

Sending now scales up more smoothly during high volume and scales back down faster afterward, so you're not paying for capacity you don't need. Plus a stack of behind-the-scenes logging and request-tracking improvements that make it easier for us to catch issues fast.

Also shipped:

• Forms confirmation message and embedded form sizing fixed

• Sorting fixed on the Forms and Events tables

• Flow people CSV export - fixed a delivery bug, and columns are now human-readable

• Email events CSV export now includes date and time

• Fixed a bug where a user could get stuck mid-removal from a flow step

• MailChimp integration no longer gets stuck

• Fixed Outlook email layout issues and smart-quote rendering in outgoing emails

• Bluesky and Teams icons now show up in the social icon picker
