Now you can delete people from your Encharge account.

Just head to the person's profile and you will see the delete button there.

This will permanently delete the person's data including attributes, email engagement, site activity, email metrics, API activity, cookies, and any other type of data related to that person. They will be completely wiped out from the Encharge system.

Note that this works on an account level. If you have the same person in multiple sub-accounts it will only be deleted from the one that you're currently viewing.

It's not possible to bulk delete or automatically delete people and we made this intentionally because:

A) The process is irreversible and could potentially lead to deleting your whole contact base by mistake

B) To prevent people importing contacts, spamming them, and then deleting the data.
