It would be nice if there was the ability to somewhat randomize delays. Otherwise actions end up happening at the same time each and every time. Even if I add an extra hour to a week long delay, if I only send emails M-F 8-5, at some point things are going to get reset to 8am Monday when the delay finishes over the weekend. This is where it would be nice to add a random delay between 0-4 hours or something similar.

Send time optimization would also help with this.
