I want to be able to send emails to one-off list, based on my select criteria, rather than having to create a segment

I cannot email a list of tagged users, country residents, flow members, or any other criteria without creating a segment first, which I might never use again. Quite an inconvenience

In ConvertKit, I used to select my receivers list on the spot (i.e. during creating the email sequence or the broadcast), was such a simple yet powerful feature. I wish to see this in Encharge soon.
