It would be much more useful if contact records were customizable. I would like to be able to see the fields/custom fields that are most relevant to my business at the top of the screen. The activity feed currently takes too much screen real estate.

Also would love to be able to add time-stamped notes to a contact, such as if I was having a conversation and wanted to make notes on the record.
