One of the hardest (if not impossible) thing to do with flows/automations in most ESP, is to debug them...

Active Campaign took a nice and "simple" approach where you both get the steps your contact went through on his contact details (text bubbles) + you have the option to visualize it's journey through any specific flow to see if it's blocked somewhere, what branch it went through, etc...

You can even correct course by skipping steps in the flow, removing them from the flow, put them back in another one easily.

And the cherry on the cake would be to :

#1 - Enable us to move a contact directly to a specific step too. Like dropping them in the middle of a flow.

#2 - Get a global "map" to see when a contact entered his first flow, when he got out, what flow he got into next, and so on...
